A Strategy Group Founded for a Specific Mission
Minha Strategy Group Inc. is a grant writing, consulting, and advisory firm founded by Chaplain Ibrahim Quadri — a law enforcement chaplain, Imam, and executive consultant with decades of experience bridging faith communities and government. Having worked directly with the Office of Homeland Security and witnessed firsthand how difficult the grant process was for houses of worship to navigate, he founded MSG to make that access available to every qualifying organization.
Today, MSG helps organizations access Federal NSGP, State NSGP, and DOJ security grant funding across the United States. Our state program coverage continues to grow as we expand into additional states.

Chaplain Syed Ibrahim Quadri
Founder & CEO
Chaplain Ibrahim Quadri is a law enforcement chaplain, Imam, interfaith leader, and community advocate with more than 30 years of experience in religious leadership, public service, emergency services, and government engagement. He currently serves as a Muslim Chaplain with state law enforcement agencies and has worked directly with the Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness for approximately a decade on community outreach, preparedness, and trust-building initiatives.
His public service spans the Governor's Faith Council, the Office of the Attorney General, and a career in emergency medical services. Raised in a family with deep roots in the American Muslim community, he has continued a tradition of service for more than three decades as an Imam, chaplain, and interfaith leader.
Professionally, Chaplain Quadri built an extensive executive career with Big 3 global consulting firms, leading complex organizations and initiatives in the United States and internationally — including approximately seven years in the Middle East and three years in Europe. With an academic background in psychology and behavioral sciences, he brings together law enforcement expertise, religious leadership, homeland security engagement, and executive leadership to every engagement.
